Ethos is seeking experienced operations excellence managers to help train their AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Fully remote, offering flexible 5-20 hours per week and an ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour. You will create, evaluate, and refine capacity planning models, SOP playbooks, workflow process maps, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, and business cases, emphasizing accuracy and strong written communication across core workflows. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ethos
