Safety & Risk Manager

Overview AERO BridgeWorks is seeking a motivated and qualified Safety & Risk Manager to join our team. The role supports specialty aviation projects nationwide by leading our Safety & Risk Program. Location & Travel Position based in Marietta, GA. Combines in‑office, on‑site, remote work with reasonable travel to various airports across the country. Responsibilities Monitor all project site safety programs. Develop site‑specific safety plans. Represent AERO to clients on safety topics. Help train team members and lead the safety program company‑wide. Collaborate with in‑house personnel including Project Management, Operations Leadership and Company Leadership. Qualifications Experience in aviation construction. Strong desire to earn Certified Safety Professional (CSP), OSHA 500, or similar safety credentials (AERO will support obtaining them if not already held). Organized, resourceful team player who values teamwork, construction and aviation.
