What You'll Do

• Provide administrative and clerical support
• Enter and update information accurately
• Prepare correspondence and maintain office files
• Assist with scheduling and general office coordination
• Support day-to-day office operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous office, administrative, customer service, or receptionist experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Professional attitude and dependable attendance
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a busy office
• Candidates with experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, Administrative Coordinator, Data Entry Clerk, General Office Clerk, or Office Support Specialist are encouraged to apply.
