Then we are looking for you!!!! OUR MISSION: Service the needs of all dogs and the people who love them.OUR VISION: To foster a community where all dogs are valued and thriving and compassionate services are accessible for every facet of their care. As a full-time Dog Concierge you will be the first point of contact for all clients at Sol Dog Lodge and Training Center. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage client communications, scheduling appointments, taking payments, handling check-ins and check-outs and ensuring that all clients and their dogs have a positive and happy experience. As the face of Sol Dog Lodge you will need strong communication and organizational skills. You will need deep attention to detail, proficiency with many types of computers systems, CRM software (such as GINGR and RunLoyal) as well as a high level of proficiency in communicating by phone and text. You will work with a team of amazing professionals and will need to assist all departments to ensure scheduling, appointments are booked properly and required vaccination records are up to-date in a timely manner. Please read the attached job description for more information about his position. This is a full-time position working approximately 30-40 hours per week. The anticipated weekly schedule may include weekday shifts between about 7am - 6pm and weekend shifts between about 8am - 5pm. We are seeking a qualified professional with flexible availability to help cover shifts as needed. Our preferred candidate for this position will bring at least one year of experience in a client-facing front office or reception capacity and at least one year of professional experience in the dog care industry (having a dog in your family is a huge plus, but when we refer to professional experience we are referring to employment with an organization that provides dog care services). Applications will be reviewed as they are received and the position may be filled before the posted end date.
