About the Role PCE seeks an Associate to join our Investment Banking group specializing in Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transactions. Associates work in small, client-focused teams within the ESOP Investment Banking group devoted to helping PCE’s clients achieve their financial and strategic objectives. Responsibilities Managing ESOP feasibility studies Writing offering memorandums Generating buyers lists Researching and compiling market data Performing other duties and special projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting 3-7 years’ experience in financial advisory services Direct experience with financial statement analysis Financial modeling or valuation experience Strong accounting or finance background Excellent quantitative, writing, and communication skills Required Skills First-rate interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Entrepreneurial drive and spirit Preferred Skills Experience with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) Experience in financial advisory services PCE is unable to sponsor applicants for work visas.
