Apply today and tell us: “Why did you become a nurse?” How You’ll Make a Difference As an RN on our skilled team, you’ll provide a variety of skilled nursing visits to patients in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities may include: * Completing patient assessments * Wound care * Medication administration * IV infusions * Developing and implementing patient care plans * Monitoring patient progress and changes in condition * Communicating with physicians and other members of the care team * Travel between patient visits is part of the role, We believe flexibility is an important part of providing great care. You’ll work with your patients to help determine a schedule that works for both you and your patients. We work with Medicaid and private-pay insurance, which means NO OASIS! This allows you to focus on providing quality patient care without OASIS documentation.
