Badger State Staffing is seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual to join a dynamic service center based in Appleton. In this role, you will be the face of the store, assisting customers with their purchases and helping with inventory management in a warehouse environment as needed.

Primary Duties:

• Greet customers, answer questions, and guide them to the right solutions for their needs
• Efficiently operate a digital register system, process payments, and look up product information
• Handle incoming phone calls and online inquiries with a professional and helpful attitude
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom floor
• Assist with receiving shipments, unpacking stock, and organizing inventory in the warehouse
• Replenish store shelves and ensure accurate inventory counts using handheld scanning devices
• Prepare and package orders for customer pickup or shipment

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• A proven track record of dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable navigating a digital POS system, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic computer applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help customers
• Ability to multitask and comfortably transition between the retail floor and the warehouse
