Mission Valley Post Acute is looking for a dependable, energetic, and compassionate Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our dietary services team. If you enjoy working in a healthcare setting and are passionate about providing excellent service to residents, we'd love to hear from you!

Compensation

• $18.54–$19.54 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly according to prescribed diets
• Deliver and collect meal trays in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment following sanitation guidelines
• Stock food and supplies as needed
• Follow all food safety, infection control, and dietary department policies
• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, families, and staff
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure quality meal service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent resident care
