About the Role:
Nationwide Pennant & Flag is looking for a driven and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team in San Antonio, TX! This is an exciting opportunity to hit the road, build lasting client relationships, and sell a product line that brings energy and visibility to businesses everywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business relationships through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits
• Manage and grow an existing territory of clients across the San Antonio area
• Present and sell custom pennants, flags, banners, and promotional products to businesses and organizations
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and product samples to prospective clients
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and client communications
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Background in promotional products, signage, or print sales is a plus
• High school diploma required
