Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - New Orleans, LA

Amgen seeks a Senior Specialty Representative for its New Orleans territory to promote bone health products to medical professionals. The role involves delivering clinical product knowledge, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and supporting patients through appropriate medication utilization.

Responsibilities

Communicate clinical benefits of Amgen products to medical professionals and drive appropriate product utilization
Execute branded sales messaging and conduct medical educational programs to achieve territory sales targets
Develop and maintain customer relationships, manage product access, and resolve reimbursement issues
Analyze territory performance, provide marketing feedback, and develop sales strategy with District Manager
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support team success

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years sales or clinical healthcare experience
Or Associate degree with 6+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
Or High school diploma/GED with 8+ years relevant experience
Preferred: 3+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry experience
Preferred: Specialty sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, bone health, or related areas
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration
Advanced relationship-building and sales influencing skills

Compensation: $115,036-$155,638 base salary
