Riverview Healthcare Center is hiring Dietary Aides to help serve our residents and support our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for students, those new to the workforce, or anyone looking to be part of a supportive, community-focused environment.

In a close-knit community like Flandreau, the meals we serve mean something. They’re part of our residents’ daily routine and comfort. We’re looking for people who take pride in showing up, doing their part, and helping care for others—whether that’s two shifts a week or a full schedule.

• Read tray cards and prepare meal trays accurately

• Set up trays with utensils, napkins, and condiments

• Serve meals on time, at the proper temperature, and with care

• Assist with food preparation as needed

• Transport carts to and from dining areas

• Wash dishes and maintain a clean work area

• Help keep the kitchen organized and running smoothly

• Dependable and willing to show up ready to work

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Detail-minded and able to follow instructions

• Willingness to learn and help where needed

• Someone who takes pride in contributing to their community

• Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain)

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation (or willingness to learn)

• Students looking for after-school hours

• Anyone wanting part-time, flexible work
