Branch Manager

A leading distributor of water, sewer, and storm utility products is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its Lake Havasu operation. This role is responsible for overall branch performance, including sales growth, customer relationships, operations, inventory management, profitability, and team leadership. The Branch Manager will work closely with contractors, municipalities, developers, and utility customers while ensuring the branch operates safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead all branch operations, including sales, warehouse, inventory, customer service, and logistics Drive revenue growth and profitability while managing branch P&L performance Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, engineers, and utility customers Coach, mentor, and develop branch employees while fostering a positive team culture Monitor inventory levels and operational efficiency to ensure excellent customer service Partner with outside sales teams to identify growth opportunities and expand market share Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience within waterworks, utilities, underground infrastructure, construction materials, building products, industrial distribution, or related industries Proven experience managing branch operations, sales teams, or distribution center environments Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, margins, and profitability management Track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience working with contractors, municipalities, utilities, or infrastructure customers is highly preferred This opportunity offers the chance to lead an established operation with significant growth potential while making a direct impact on branch performance and customer success. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pinnacle Search
