Responsabilit Principali
- Costruzione e gestione di un portafoglio clienti: Identificare e coltivare relazioni con nuovi potenziali clienti, con l'obiettivo di espandere la base clienti aziendale.
- Gestione Portafoglio: Mantenere e gestire un portafoglio clienti esistente assegnato su base meritocratica, assicurando la fidelizzazione a lungo termine.
- Pianificazione Strategica: Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team manageriale per sviluppare strategie di vendita efficaci e raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati.
Requisiti e Competenze
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore delle vendite o ruoli affini.
- Capacit di negoziazione efficace e forti doti comunicative.
- Orientamento al risultato e capacit di lavorare in autonomia.
- Passione per il settore commerciale e capacit nello stabilire relazioni durature con i clienti.
