Physician Liaison

Job Title: Physician Liaison Job ID: 89299 Location: Exton, Pennsylvania Overview: We are partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-site specialty healthcare organization to identify two Physician Liaisons who are passionate about relationship building and driving physician engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organization experiencing significant growth and expansion while serving as the face of the organization within the medical community. • Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers throughout your assigned territory.
• Increase physician engagement and referral activity through regular in-person visits.
• Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities.
• Educate providers on available specialty services and patient care resources.
• Represent the organization professionally at physician offices, networking events, and community functions.
• Track referral trends and market activity while maintaining strong communication with leadership.
• Work independently to manage your territory and achieve business development goals.

What you must have:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent healthcare/business development experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare business development, physician liaison, pharmaceutical, medical device, laboratory, or related provider-facing sales experience.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain physician relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

This is a home-based position requiring daily travel throughout the assigned territory. Candidates should reside within or near the territory and be comfortable traveling to physician offices on a daily basis. Other Information: Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000-$120,000 annual base salary
