Qualifications & Credentials:

• An associate’s degree, high school diploma, passing score on the ETS paraprofessional exam, or RBT/CBT credential for behavior technicians 
• Adaptability in working with elementary and middle school students, shifting seamlessly between individual and group support
• Experience implementing behavior interventions under the guidance of a BCBA preferred
• Strong communication, active listening, and organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to float between classrooms as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for an elementary-aged male student during the morning hours, prioritizing engagement and individualized care
• Serve as a classroom and program floater in afternoon sessions, responding to evolving campus needs and supporting a variety of students
• Work closely with the district BCBA and fellow behavior technicians to put student-focused behavioral strategies into action
• Support direct instruction from 2–3pm, Monday through Wednesday, for targeted interventions
• Maintain professionalism and compassion while working across settings and with diverse age groups

This role offers a competitive pay range of $30–$36 per hour, with 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, for the remainder of the academic year.
