Responsibilities * Operate service trucks safely and efficiently, transporting hazardous materials and tanker loads to construction sites * Adhere strictly to HazMat and Tanker regulations and safety standards, ensuring compliance at all times * Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment * Manage loading and unloading processes safely, following all company policies and federal regulations * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inspections, and vehicle maintenance * Communicate proactively with dispatchers, project managers, and site personnel to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues * Report any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment malfunctions immediately * Assist with general service tasks on-site as needed to support the team Requirements * Valid CDL Class A or B license with HazMat and Tanker endorsements * Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols for hazardous materials and tanker operations * Excellent driving record with a commitment to safety and professionalism * 1+ years of experience operating service trucks, preferably in construction or related industries * Ability to perform physical tasks related to loading, unloading, and vehicle maintenance * Effective communication and problem-solving skills * Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to job sites as required * Pass pre-employment drug and background screenings Benefits * ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) The chance to be an employee owner * $500 sign on bonus * Competitive wages * Paid Holidays * Weekly pay * Medical insurance available through Blue Cross Blue Shield with dental and vision also available * 401K plan with company match * Achievement points system for rewards * A culture that promotes opportunities for growth, development and internal promotions
