Schedule/Hours:

• Three 12-hour shifts per week

Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of two years' experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting
• Proven leadership or charge nurse experience within a NICU
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and mentoring abilities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the NICU unit during assigned shifts
• Coordinate and delegate nursing care, assignments, and support for neonates and families
• Act as a clinical resource and mentor to NICU staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
• Collaborate closely with physicians, practitioners, and interprofessional teams
• Support a compassionate, safe, and nurturing environment for patients and colleagues
