Digital Designer

Reservoir Communications Group is hiring a Digital Designer to help create modern, user-friendly websites and engaging digital visuals for clients, with a strong focus on healthcare. This onsite role in Washington, DC combines creative concepting, polished production, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to bring campaign ideas to life across multiple formats. What you’ll do Partner with teammates to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and deliverables. Create visually compelling graphics for social media , email campaigns , PowerPoint presentations , and websites designed to capture attention and drive engagement. Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to produce digital collateral such as interactive PDFs , digital posters , infographics , web ads , and other media that communicate client and campaign messaging. Support production of multiple design files to meet paid media specs , including required file formats and file sizes. Contribute to occasional print needs when required, such as print ads or out-of-home (OOH) media like point-of-sale posters or in-office collateral. Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with project timelines. Keep designs consistent with client branding guidelines to maintain a cohesive look and feel across materials. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed. What you bring Bachelor’s degree required. 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with in-house or agency experience preferred. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office in a Mac OS environment. Experience designing screen-based assets including digital display web ads , social media content , infographics (static and animated), and similar formats. Experience with digital animation platforms and ability to work in WordPress , or knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles. A strong eye for detail and the ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging visuals for different audiences. Awareness of visual trends and the ability to apply them to create fresh, innovative designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external clients. Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Pay within the range is based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, specific title/role, and other considerations.
