You will serve as their primary contact and trusted advisor, build and deepen profitable relationships, and coordinate with teammates and product specialists to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.* Manage a portfolio of clients and prospects with EBITDA above $5 million, helping them save, borrow, and invest to meet current and future needs.* Build, deepen, and retain profitable client relationships through prospecting, sales, and relationship expansion.* Analyze financial and cash flow statements to evaluate company performance, financial condition, and industry trends.* Partner with Credit, Treasury Management, and Global Markets specialists to design and deliver financial solutions for clients and prospects.* Embrace change and adapt sales practices to evolving market and industry conditions.**What you'll need:*** 10+ years of related experience.* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.* Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.* Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.* Advanced experience prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships and closing profitable transactions.* Professional proven sales skills and experience, including planning, execution and follow up of client meetings.* Advanced corporate finance, capital markets and accounting acumen.* Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.* May require up to 50% travel.Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $207,535.00 - $256,365.00 for Los Angeles, CA. Salary range for new hires is generally $207,535.00 - $256,365.00 for Costa Mesa, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
