Become a support, a guide, and a mentor!About Us: We're a locally owned and operated business and our administrative team has over 30+ years of combined experience making us leaders in care, communication, and compassion for our community.Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and flexible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and helping them achieve personal goals in a safe and supportive environment. DSPs must be patient, dependable, and passionate about making a positive impact in others' lives.This position is specifically designated to work with clients (ages 3-17) in the afternoon, Mondays-Fridays from 3pm-7pm.
