Team Leader — Juicepod Doylestown

Juicepod Doylestown is looking for Team Leaders to join our team!

Juicepod is a fresh, healthy food and juice bar offering smoothies, juices, bowls, wraps, and other nutritious options in a fun, fast-paced environment. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people who enjoy working with others and take pride in providing great customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• Team Leaders who are responsible, positive, and ready to lead by example

• Morning people are preferred — opening and morning availability is a big plus

• Must be available to work at least 2 weekends per month

• 16+ preferred , especially for applicants with kitchen or food-service experience

• Kitchen experience/knowledge is a plus

• Someone who can work well in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to help wherever needed

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly and support the team throughout the shift. Responsibilities include:

• Helping lead and support team members

• Preparing smoothies, juices, bowls, and food

• Providing friendly customer service

• Keeping the kitchen and store clean and organized

• Washing dishes

• Sweeping and mopping

• Taking out the trash

• Cleaning workstations and equipment

• Following food-safety and cleanliness standards

• Helping with opening and closing duties
