Registered Nurse (RN) | Administration / Management Location: Wildomar, CA Agency: Magnet Medical Pay: $2,499 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/29/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Magnet Medical to find a qualified Administration/Management RN in Wildomar, CA. The RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high‑quality, safe, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments upon admission and throughout care, develop and update individualized care plans, and evaluate progress to modify plans as needed. Administering Medications and Treatments: Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed, maintain accurate records, and monitor patients for side effects or complications. Patient Monitoring: Monitor vital signs and critical indicators, perform diagnostic tests, and document findings in the electronic health record. Patient Education and Support: Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, recovery processes, and preventive home care; provide emotional support. Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work with physicians, nurse practitioners, technicians, and other professionals to develop and implement care plans and communicate progress. Emergency and Critical Care: Respond promptly to emergencies such as cardiac arrest or respiratory failure, utilizing life‑saving measures (e.g., CPR, ACLS). Infection Control and Safety: Follow infection control policies, hand hygiene, PPE usage, and maintain a sterile environment; prevent patient safety risks. Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document all aspects of patient care, ensure compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements, and report significant changes to the team. Patient Discharge: Assist with discharge planning, ensuring patients have instructions, medications, and follow‑up appointments; educate on self‑care and symptom management. Professional Development: Stay current on clinical practices through continuing education and participate in departmental meetings, peer reviews, and professional committees. Requirements BLS certification required for onboarding. Registered Nurse licensure in California. Experience in an administrative or management nursing role preferred.
