If you're a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, Field Engineer, or early-career construction professional who wants to become a Project Manager , this opportunity is worth a conversation.

I'm partnering directly with the hiring team at an established, growing industrial construction and engineering organization that's looking to develop its next generation of Project Managers.

They're not looking for someone who already knows everything. They're looking for someone with a strong foundation, initiative, and the ambition to grow.

You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers on complex industrial projects, gaining exposure to the technical, financial, and operational sides of construction management.

The goal? Give you the experience and mentorship to eventually take ownership of projects yourself.

Who I'd Love to Speak With

You don't need to have held the Assistant Project Manager title already.

I'm interested in connecting with people who have:

• 1–3 years of construction, engineering, project coordination, estimating, or related experience, including relevant internships or co-ops
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Some exposure to project schedules, budgets, drawings, subcontractors, or field operations
• Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to take ownership
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in construction project management

Industrial construction experience is a plus, but I'm also interested in candidates with transferable construction experience.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll support projects from planning through execution and closeout, working closely with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and customers.

You'll gain hands-on experience with project schedules, budgets, procurement, construction coordination, change orders, and project reporting, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you develop.
