Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• End Date: Ongoing
• Shift Times: Morning, Mid, and Night 10 hour shifts

• Number of beds: 173
• Census: 85
• Daily admissions: 16.9
• Normal acuity
• Follow up cases: Outpatient
• Required Procedures: Standard ED procedures
• Support Staff: Nursing, APP's
• Average patient census: 89
• Standard ER patients
• Annual ER admissions: 3240

Required:

• Flexibility in Schedule:
  • Provider MUST be willing to work day AND night shifts
  • Provider MUST be willing to work weekdays AND weekends
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Board Requirements:
  • ABEM/AOBEM
  • or non-ABEM with EM experience
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered 'Local', and will not be eligible for this role
• Active KY License
• Temps available with clean files
• Will accept new grads
• Case logs
