There are 6 openings available for this role.This position is on-site based in Fairfax, VA. This is a direct placement opportunity supporting internal R&D efforts within a well-established engineering focused environment offering long term stability and growth.Responsibilities for the DevOps Engineer include:Design, build, and maintain automated infrastructure and deployment pipelinesWrite and enhance automation code to improve system reliability and efficiencyCollaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance and scalabilitySupport and troubleshoot production and development environmentsManage and deploy applications within containerized environmentsMaintain and improve cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps processesRequired Qualifications for the DevOps Engineer include:Strong background in Linux systemsHands-on experience with Terraform & Ansible, CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.), Scripting (Python or other Linux-based languages), and Docker and KubernetesExperience with AWS GovCloud or secure cloud environmentsBachelor’s degree (highly preferred for mid-to-senior candidates)Active Top Secret Clearance or higherCompensation for the DevOps Engineer Include:Salary Range: $115,000 – $155,000 **Depending on Experience**Benefits Package: an amount equivalent to 25% of your annual salary to an Individual Benefits Account (IBA). This account is used to help cover the costs of Health Benefits and Paid Time Off. The plan offers employees the flexibility to choose how they spend the money based off their own individual/family needs.
