This role is ideal for clinicians who want a consistent caseload, strong administrative support, and a professional environment without the stress of running their own practice. WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT: Consistent referrals and active waitlist (no need to market yourself) Full-service billing and insurance management Admin team handles scheduling, intakes, and client communication We manage coordination with attorneys, guardians, and third parties Furnished office space and telehealth flexibility Established systems, policies, and workflows already in place You show up, provide care, complete your notes and we handle the rest. COMPENSATION OPTIONS (FLEXIBLE STRUCTURE) We offer competitive and flexible pay based on your preference: Per-session rate (high earning potential based on caseload) Percentage split (for those wanting growth upside) Salary options available for consistent, full-time caseloads Compensation discussed based on experience and preferred structure.
