Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Oregon
• Previous experience with school-based OT services preferred
• Strong ability to conduct evaluations and write fine motor portions of IEPs
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to travel between 8 buildings throughout the district

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services (12 students direct, 80 consult)
• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations
• Collaborate closely with IEP teams and provide influential consultative support
• Write comprehensive fine motor portions of IEPs
• Deliver effective therapy within multiple school buildings
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring
