Master Automotive Technician / A-Tech
RJM Auto Repair & Tire – Olympia, WA
RJM Auto Repair & Tire is looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician / A-Tech to join our team. We're looking for someone who is highly skilled in diagnostics and drivability, takes pride in doing things right, and has a leader mentality.
We want someone who cares about the quality of their work, the people they work with, and the customers who trust us with their vehicles.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Perform repairs across engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical faults
- Perform inspections, maintenance, alignments, and general repairs as needed
- Clearly document diagnostic findings and completed repairs
- Help support and mentor other technicians when needed
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and take ownership of every vehicle you work on
What We're Looking For
- Extensive professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and drivability skills
- Strong electrical troubleshooting ability
- Experience with modern diagnostic equipment and scan tools
- ASE certifications preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable, efficient, and organized
- Takes pride in producing quality work

Compensation: $40-55 per hour DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
