A to Z Machine Company is looking for a Welder Fabricator to join our growing team and help fabricate high-quality parts from blueprint to finished product. What You’ll Do Weld and fabricate parts per blueprint Utilize MIG & TIG welding processes Verify weld quality using calipers, gauges & inspection tools Grind, polish, straighten, and finish parts Perform complex fabrication and multi-pass welds Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes & jib cranes Interpret welding symbols, blueprints & specifications Follow all 6S, ISO/quality, and safety procedures You’re a Great Fit If You Have High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of welding/fabrication experience Blueprint reading and weld setup experience Strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication Safety and quality‑focused work ethic ASME code knowledge is a plus Why A to Z Machine?
