Days	3 x 12-hour shifts rotating

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a mixed Med/Surg and Telemetry patient caseload
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alerts
• Administer medications and perform skilled nursing procedures
• Complete accurate EMR documentation and communicate patient status changes
• Support safe patient transitions and discharge planning

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
• BLS and ACLS certifications current
• Minimum 1 year Med/Surg or Telemetry RN experience
• Cardiac rhythm interpretation proficiency

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Progressive care or stepdown experience
