Speech Language Pathologist

Title Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Summary We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide clinical patient care including screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with various speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare staff while maintaining high professional and documentation standards. Responsibilities Perform speech-language screenings, evaluations, and treatments Develop individualized treatment plans and home programs Document evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and daily treatment records Maintain documentation according to TJC, Medicare, and professional standards Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery plans Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals Participate in departmental meetings, in-services, and quality improvement activities Assist in developing treatment protocols and SLP marketing materials Support and guide practicum students and graduate interns when required Maintain professional competence and updated clinical knowledge Requirements 0–6 months of related Speech Language Pathology experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with patients of different age groups and diagnoses Basic computer and documentation skills Ability to interpret professional and technical information Education Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Certifications & Licensure Valid Oklahoma State License to practice Speech Language Pathology (SLP) Skills Patient evaluation and treatment planning Clinical documentation Team collaboration Time management and prioritization Patient and family education Schedule Full-Time Flexible schedule based on department needs Apply Interested candidates can apply with an updated resume and license details.aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
