True North Medical Institute is seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our innovative Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic in Boulder City, Nevada. This full-time position allows for an engaging work schedule, operating from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and reassessments to determine the needs of each patient and monitor progress.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that are tailored to the individual goals and conditions of patients.
• Administer hands-on manual therapy techniques alongside guided exercise regimens to facilitate recovery.
• Provide continuous education to patients and their families regarding injury prevention strategies and recovery processes.
• Collaborate closely with referring healthcare providers and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture by engaging in team-building activities and promoting an atmosphere of shared growth and collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our patient population ranges from athletes to older adults, requiring a comprehensive, multi-faceted approach to rehabilitation that takes into account each patient's unique circumstances and recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Nevada to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrated strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to effectively treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
• Interest in obtaining Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification is highly desirable.

• Proficiency with EMR systems for accurate documentation and patient management.
