AD Operations Associate

To support a growing restaurant technology startup, the full-time remote Strategy and Operations Associate will manage go-to-market strategies, prepare materials for quarterly board meetings, and drive business and finance operations while collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Build and iterate go-to-market playbooks, including messaging and positioning for new product opportunities Prepare materials and metrics for quarterly board meetings and support investor communications Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements to enhance business performance Required qualifications 2-5+ years of experience in strategy & operations or business operations, preferably in a high-growth tech or startup environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models and interpret data independently Proven track record of managing projects end-to-end from strategy to execution Exceptional curiosity and ability to operate in ambiguous environments Fluency with AI tools as part of daily work processes
