JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified Gastroenterology
  
• Licenses: Active CO license or IMLC
  
• DEA: Active DEA 
  
• Clean record
  
• Self-Query NPDB dated within 30 days
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient GI consultations for emergency department and admitted patients
  
• Perform endoscopic procedures (EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP) as needed
  
• Manage night call (3p–7a) and 24-hour weekend call, responding to emergent cases
  
• Coordinate with on-call anesthesia and GI nursing teams for urgent procedures
  
• Document encounters in EPIC EMR and complete required training modules
