Mister Sparky is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and organized Warehouse Associate to support our growing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our electricians and field crews have the materials, tools, and equipment they need to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate closely with field personnel, maintain accurate inventory, and help streamline material distribution to keep jobs running safely and smoothly. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Warehouse Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
• Stage and prepare materials for specific jobs or projects based on schedules and work orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
• Load, unload, and stage materials for delivery or pickup.
• Ensure materials are labeled, organized, and stored properly.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Deliver material to job site at times.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies in materials.
• Assist in general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs regularly).
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and handheld devices for inventory tracking (Preferred)
• High school Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required).

• Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and walking
• Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on warehouse or job site conditions
