Role Description Modern Male Spas is seeking a full or part time Hairstylist and Men’s Grooming Expert to join our talented team. The role involves providing high-quality hair styling and care tailored to each client’s needs, offering consultations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clean and organized workstations, recommending salon products, and fostering a comfortable, personalized experience for clients. This is an on-site position based in Dublin, OH, within our elegant and welcoming salon environment. Qualifications Proficient in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and Cosmetology; licensed cosmetologists or barbers preferred Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide personalized consultations and maintain client relationships Adept at maintaining a clean and professional workspace Knowledgeable about men’s grooming trends and techniques Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment 1-2 years of hairstyling or men's grooming experience is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
