Compensation: Base Salary + Car Allowance + Commission.

Job Details

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business development, growing strategic accounts, and expanding market share across the U.S. This role partners closely with leadership to execute growth strategies, increase revenue, and develop a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
• Identify opportunities to penetrate key accounts through cross-selling and relationship building.
• Improve sales effectiveness, win rates, and overall market performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry, selling a full suite of services.
• Customer-focused with a track record of building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in closing customers in Aerospace, Defense, Technology, Automotive, Life Sciences, and Industrial Manufacturing.
