Occupational TherapistAutumn Lake Healthcare at Cherry Lane – Laurel, MD$48.00–$53.00/hourUltimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide hands-on rehab services in a skilled nursing facility. This position focuses on helping residents improve independence with daily tasks and overall function.Responsibilities:Evaluate residents and establish individualized care plansDeliver treatment targeting self-care, coordination, cognition, and daily routinesIntroduce adaptive methods and assistive tools to support independenceMonitor outcomes and adjust interventions as neededCollaborate with clinical team members and communicate with familiesComplete accurate and timely documentationQualifications:Active Occupational Therapist license requiredSkilled nursing experience preferredWhat to Expect:Team-based environment with strong clinical supportSteady caseload within a structured rehab programOpportunities for continued learning and mentorshipBenefits (Full-Time):Medical, dental, vision401(k)CEU reimbursementAnnual reviews with growth potentialAdditional benefits including parental leave and disability coverageDirect hire position.
