Position Overview We're seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who's enthusiastic about patient care and committed to building a long‐term career in dentistry. You'll play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring every patient receives exceptional service. Responsibilities * Assist dentist during procedures including prosthodontics, endodontics, fixed and removable appliances, and Invisilign. * Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments are properly sterilized. * Capture and process dental X‐rays while maintaining HIPAA compliance. * Manage patient records and documentation using Open Dental EMR . * Perform vital signs assessments and assist with clinical procedures. * Support administrative tasks such as scheduling and patient communication. * Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control. Qualifications * Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification preferred. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic. * Commitment to professional growth and long‐term career development.
