Laser Operator

Flat Laser Operator As a Flat Laser Operator, you will be responsible for operating a flat laser. We are currently hiring for the first, second, and weekend shifts. All training will be conducted on the first shift for approximately one to two months. First shift hours: 4 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday Second shift hours: 2:30 p.m. to 1 a.m., Monday through Thursday Weekend shift hours: 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate a flat laser.
- Pick and stage feedstock for fulfillment orders.
- Break down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders.
- Package materials to meet customer requirements.
- Operate a sit-down or side loader forklift to move materials as needed.
- Complete paperwork and SAP work order confirmations on the computer for shipping and receiving.
- Ensure maximum productivity for finished goods creation.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Successfully pass a skills-based assessment evaluating reading, math, inspection, measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- A minimum of two years of similar job experience is preferred.
- Maintain regular attendance.
- Possess basic math and computer skills.
- Have the physical ability to pass a physical requirements exam for vision, hearing, and mobility.
