At Syskoplan Reply, we are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. You are an individual who has technical and functional expertise of the SAP FICO module which allows you to solve problems and deliver optimum solutions for the client. You will act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on configurator, delivering best-in-class solutions aligned with SAP Activate methodology and SAP’s fit-to-standard approach. You have strong business acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex finance processes into standard cloud-based solutions using SAP Best Practices. You have hands on S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud experience including use case of standard Fiori applications.ResponsibilitiesAct as a business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives understanding the importance of communication in a consultant's roleProblem solve with an extraordinary technical and functional understanding of business process and FICO Principles and SAP productsSupport end users from a functional and/or technical perspective working closely with them and the business to analyze and review their business requirements or processesTroubleshoot and configure SAP FICO including integration points with other modules and cross functional design/build of other modules. Working on multiple projects as a project team member or team lead.Leads fit/gap and other types of working sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements. Translate requirements into solutions, using SAP Best PracticesPrepare clear and concise documentation, as well as provide timely status updatesProactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. Assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior managementProvide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc settingsMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s Degree Travel up to 50%8 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP implementations; Implementation experience in SAP Cloud environments both public and private.Proficient in the business processes associated with financial operations, which includes expertise in general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset management, cost center accounting, product cost controlling, profitability analysis, and profit center accounting. Expert in set-up and configuration of FICO as well as cross functional design/build of other module(s)Proficient in all aspects of a project from requirement gathering and gapping to realization to testing, go-live prep and go-live execution as well as hyper-care support. Ability to lead sessions and create requirements to develop the right client solutionHighly skilled in FICO master data set-up, cleansing, harmonization and migration, including LSMW and Migration CockpitAbility to be a thought leader in your domain and contribute to ecosphere both within and external of ReplyPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of IOT, Machine Learning and Big Data a plusInternational project or SAP configuration experience in NAFTA, LATAM and/or EMEA is a plusS/4 Public and/or Private Cloud CertificationSAP Activate methodology and SAP’s fit-to-standard approach.About Reply Reply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
