Job Description

• Tailor Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft individualized therapy strategies designed to help them reach their personal functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to improve motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily activities for your patients
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work in coordination with OTs, PTs, STs, nurses, and medical professionals to deliver holistic and comprehensive patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their support systems in understanding treatment strategies to encourage continuous progress at home
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal healing and recovery

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continued education and post-certification support encouraged

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification mandatory
