Hourly Pay Range: $122.60 - $162.41 Position Highlights Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Department of Anesthesiology Location: Endeavor Health Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; occasional off‑shifts may be required Required Travel: Limited travel among North Shore Pavilions (Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, Skokie, and Swedish Hospitals) What you will need Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Illinois Graduate of an approved School of Nurse Anesthesia Certified or board‑eligible CRNA Maintains recertification every two years BLS for Healthcare Provider and ACLS required PALS certification recommended What you will do Serve as a member of a collaborative Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) under the direction of the Department of Anesthesiology and the designated attending anesthesiologist Perform clinical assignments with an unlimited scope of practice, caring for patients of all ages (neonates to geriatrics) across diverse case types including neuro, cardiac, general surgery, thoracic, urology, plastic, orthopaedic, OB, ophthalmology, and interventional radiology/cath lab, GI, MRI Assist in regional anesthesia, spinal and peripheral nerve blocks Participate in teaching duties for surgical residents (SRNAs) and clinical instruction when required Contribute to the heart team as a key provider of anesthesia for specialty cardiac procedures such as CABG, TAVR, ECMO, and LVADs Benefits Career pathway and professional development opportunities Medical, dental, and vision coverage options Tuition reimbursement Free parking at designated locations Wellness program savings plan Health Savings Account options Retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holiday pay Community involvement opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer Endeavor Health is an equal opportunity employer.
