Job Location
We are looking for a physician to become part of a dedicated team of over 750 medical professionals based in Indianapolis, Indiana, specifically at Community Hospital South. The Indianapolis region offers a wonderful mix of urban conveniences, a sophisticated atmosphere, and neighborhoods with exceptional school systems, consistently earning recognition as one of the top places to live in the United States. Indiana is also recognized as one of the top five states that are friendly to physicians.
Highlights
Our organization is in search of a team of hospitalists to join us at our new facility in Westfield.
- 7 days on, 14 days off; 17 weeks of night shifts annually
- 24/7 in-house coverage by Hospitalists
- Support from subspecialties
- Assistance from Advanced Practice Providers (APP)
Licensure & Certification
- Certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine is required
- An Indiana medical license is necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Embrace a multidisciplinary approach to patient care
- Comfortable managing ICU coverage and performing procedures
- Strong communication skills to promote teamwork among all care team members
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with referring physicians
