Now hiring Picker Packers Location: Clayton, IN Pay: Incentive Based (Average $19.50/hr.) Schedules: (1st Shift | 7:00 AM 3:00 PM) (2nd Shift | 3:00 PM 11:00 PM) Monday Friday + OT as needed

Looking for a warehouse job where you don't sit still and don't get bored? You've found it. We're hiring Picker Packers for a fast-paced warehouse where you'll stay on your feet, keep your hands busy, and your playlist pumping.

You will be expected to:

• 1+ years of warehouse experience including electric pallet jack experience
• Unload trucks, load pallets, and move product
• Pick and pack orders with care and speed
• Use handheld scanners to log product
• Stay active lift up to 16 lbs all shift
• Safety first, no shortcuts
• Show up on time and put in honest work
• Accuracy counts small details matter
• Be open to learning and improving
• Team-first attitude keeps things smooth
• Grab overtime when it's offered
