This is a hybrid position, working out of our Fort Washington, PA office twice a week. What the day will look like: The Model Office position takes inbound client calls, email correspondence, while providing operational support for emerging programs including CRNA's, Physician Assistants, Nurse Midwives, Medical Directors, and Concierge Medicine Complete a variety of day-to-day client service work including working with brokers, policy endorsements, certificates, binders, payments, cancellations, or other necessary tasks as needed Provide excellent customer service to our insureds Interact with customers, brokers, insurance carrier, and internal sources providing information about coverage Skills and experience that will lead to success: 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance or financial services industry Underwriting experience preferred Professional and courteous telephone skills Self-starter with attention to detail and quality Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities Demonstrated skills and abilities to be goal-oriented and solve complex issues Possess excellent written communication skills for customer correspondence Demonstrated ability in handling details and key follow-up capability Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as a team member Education: High School Diploma or GED required P&C license preferred, or to obtained within 6 months of hire Experience with AS400 or Wintam (Applied) preferred For positions in San Francisco and Los Angeles, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction record in accordance with local Fair Chance ordinances. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $53,500 to $58,500 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
