Salary:
MMA is a full-service Architectural, Planning, and Design firm specializing in Retail, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Housing, and Urban Rehabilitation projects. Our firm was founded on the premise that we would provide innovative design solutions and superior client service on every project. It is our goal to both reflect and enhance our clients business objectives by providing quality design services that result in great value.
- 7+ years experience in retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects
- Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Adobe Suite
- Strong knowledge of wood, concrete and steel construction and detailing
- Knowledge of current codes and regulations
- Responsible for Construction Document Preparation, addressing plan check comments and coordinating with Project Manager and Consultants
- Ability to address construction issues, RFI's and review shop drawings
- Perform field verifications and produce as-built documents
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
