Warehouse AssociatesCardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring Warehouse Associates for a distribution center in Whitehouse, OH. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment! Depending on the available opening, Warehouse Associates may work in areas including packing, shipping and receiving, inventory control, material handling, and forklift operation. We are currently hiring for both general warehouse positions and forklift-focused opportunities.Pay: $18.00/hour1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM*Overtime may be mandatory during the week and on Sundays.Responsibilities may include:Pack, prepare, and process customer ordersReceive and process inbound and outbound shipmentsLoad and unload pallets and shipmentsPick, pack, label, and move products throughout the warehouseScan items and update inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systemsMaintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory controlOperate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and other material handling equipmentOperate stand-up and reach truck forklifts for designated forklift openingsVerify the quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing shipmentsHandle returns and complete required documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentReport unsafe conditions or equipment concernsLift materials and remain on your feet for extended periodsQualifications:Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, packing, or material handling experience preferredStand-up forklift and reach truck experience is required for forklift-specific openingsPrevious forklift experience is preferred for other warehouse opportunitiesExperience using RF scanners and basic computer systems is a plusStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift and move materials as neededWillingness and ability to work required overtimeAbout Cardinal Staffing:At Cardinal Staffing, a Surestaff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
