Job Overview Retail Sales Associate – Walmart Wireless Sales ProgramLocation: Walmart 403 – Russellville, AL 35653Job Type: Regular Responsibilities Engage with consumers in the wireless services section and promote post‑paid, pre‑paid carrier plans, accessories, and service plans. Learn to uncover customer desires and overcome objections while building professional relationships. Welcome customers, offer solutions, and provide guidance to displays and product selections. Collaborate with teammates to accomplish sales goals and celebrate successes. Accurately document and report sales, maintain a clean and organized workstation/kiosk, and submit all paperwork completely. Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations and meet established sales quotas. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services, excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity, commitment to customer satisfaction, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; maintain customer confidentiality. Benefits Average weekly earnings of $800–$1,000 (base + uncapped commission).
