What You Will Do: Lead Store Operations: Demonstrate leadership across all aspects of store operations, ensuring consistent execution and accountability. Drive Strategy & Performance: Lead the development and deployment of a comprehensive strategic business plan aligned with financial and operational objectives, including annual benchmarks and budget. Develop People & Teams: Hire, coach, mentor, and develop store leaders and team members—creating a work environment that supports growth and performance. Manage Resources: Evaluate, allocate, and manage human, physical, and financial resources to support profitable growth and operational excellence. Champion Customer Experience: Ensure customer satisfaction by partnering with all departments to understand expectations, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships. What You Will Need: Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in business and people management, with the ability to lead leaders and drive accountability. Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of sales, parts, and service operations and how to align teams around shared goals. Analytical Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and execute effectively. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of John Deere construction dealership operations Communication & Technology Skills: Effective verbal and written communication and strong computer skills to drive alignment, efficiency, and collaboration across teams.
